- By using Achnjiblik, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration

You agree to:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Orders and Deliveries
- Orders are subject to availability from Partners
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot always be canceled
Achnjiblik acts as an intermediary between Users, Partners, and Couriers.
6. Pricing and Payments
- Prices are set by Partners and may include service and delivery fees
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers
- We do not store your full payment card details
- All payments are final unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be canceled only within a limited time after confirmation
Refunds may be granted in cases such as:
- Incorrect order
- Non-delivery
- Quality issues
Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Provide false information
- Harass couriers or partners
- Interfere with the platform’s operation
Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
9. Partner and Courier Responsibility
- Partners are responsible for the quality and preparation of items
- Couriers are responsible for delivery execution
Achnjiblik is not responsible for:
- Food quality issues
- Packaging errors by partners
- Delays caused by couriers beyond reasonable control
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Achnjiblik shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Delays or service interruptions
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (logo, design, text, software) is the property of Achnjiblik and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.
12. Data Protection
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
13. Suspension and Termination
